Axialis IconWorkshop
Axialis Icon Workshop is another addition to the Windows tool. This application was created in order for the user to customize and manage the computer icons in a new workspace environment.
The latest Windows Vista will be able to support compressed icons that are 256x256 PNG. Using the Icon Workshop, icons made can be easily used upon creation. The said program is perhaps the sole editor enabling customizing icons for both Windows and Macintosh.
